Refund Policy

Once we receive the products in the original / acceptable conditions as mentioned in our Returns Policy, a refund is issued to through the original payment method ( in case of pre-paid / online transactions ) or to your bank account, as the case may be.

Refund timelines : For Credit / Debit Cards / Net Banking- 3 - 5 Working days.

If the payment to your bank account fails, refund will be issued through DD ( Demand Draft ).

Before issuing a DD, we will send you an email asking for your acceptance and the address to which the DD should be sent. After we receive the details, refunds will processed.

The cost of return shipping of up to Rs.100 will be refunded. If the item returned is a heavy item and additional shipping charges of more than Rs.100 is to be refunded, additional information like the courier / shipping receipt to be submitted.
Returns Policy

Products are returnable within the applicable return window.​

In General, the return window is 7 days from the day, the order has been received by / delivered to you.

You can exchange the item delivered for a different size / color or return for a full refund.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Products can be returned if and only if,

Physically damaged when delivered.

Different product delivered from what was originally ordered.

Products were not used.

Products should be returned in their original condition along with their tags, manufacturer box

Products marked as "non-returnable" in their description will not be accepted.​​

Once the product is returned, we may contact you to ensure the damage in the product and​ if you would like for a replacement or refund.

Cancellation Policy

Orders placed can be cancelled, if the following conditions are met.

before its being dispatched / delivered.​

when the order is still in processing state.

If the order is in dispatched status, the products can be returned when they are delivered.​

If the order is in delivered status, the products can be returned, but the order cannot be cancelled. All the conditions of the Return Policy is to be satisfied to get the refunds.
